STR 1400℃高温推拉式台车是由洛阳赛特瑞高温电炉生产的高温电阻炉，高温推拉式台车炉外壳由焊接钢板和型钢制成。台车由型钢和钢板焊接而成。台车与炉衬和砂封结构保持着柔和的接触，以减少热辐射和对流损失，并有效地确保炉体的密封。风扇由鼓风机和导风板组成。鼓风机电机和加热元件电气互锁。仅当鼓风机打开时，加热元件才通电，这可以确保加热元件在通风循环的条件下可以工作。炉衬：炉体部分由全纤维制成，根据炉子的尺寸将其制成模块，然后将其压缩成块，用于现场棉纺。然后用钩钉钩住穿刺销，拧紧后将其与炉体焊接。推车的耐压部分使用高压砖，下部用隔热砖绝缘。

STR 1400 ℃ high temperature push-pull trolley is a high-temperature resistance furnace proced by Luoyang sigma high-temperature electric furnace. The shell of high-temperature push-pull trolley furnace is made of welded steel plate and section steel. The trolley is welded by section steel and steel plate. The trolley keeps soft contact with furnace lining and sand seal structure to rece heat radiation and convection loss and effectively ensure furnace body sealing. The fan is composed of blower and guide plate. The blower motor and heating element are electrically interlocked. The heating element is energized only when the blower is turned on, which ensures that the heating element can work under the condition of ventilation circulation. Furnace lining: the furnace body is made of whole fiber, which is made into moles according to the size of furnace, and then compressed into blocks for cotton spinning on site. After that, it is welded with the hook pin of the furnace. The pressure resistant part of the trolley is made of high-pressure bricks, and the lower part is insulated with insulating bricks.
