sgm 1700℃立式管式炉是由洛阳赛特瑞高温电炉生产的立式管式电阻炉。立式管式炉炉炉体采用立式结构设计，炉管为石英或刚玉材质。

STR 1700 ℃ vertical tube furnace is a vertical tube resistance furnace proced by Luoyang sigma high temperature electric furnace. Vertical tube furnace body adopts vertical structure design, furnace tube is made of quartz or corunm.

 1700度立式管式炉应用

  立式管式气氛炉主要用于玻璃、生物陶瓷、石墨烯、锂电正负极材料、晶体退火、LED发光材料等领域，进行气氛保护下对样品进行热处理、烧结、沉积镀膜、灰分测量等场合。

 1700度立式管式炉特点

1、炉膛材料采用质陶瓷纤维，呈现温场均衡、表面温度低、升温速率快、节能等点；

 Imported ceramic fiber is used as furnace material, which has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast heating rate and energy saving;

2、电热元件采用质硅钼棒，表面负荷高，加热速度快；

炉体两端采用不锈钢密封法兰，耐高温、耐腐蚀；

3. Stainless steel sealing flange is adopted at both ends of furnace body, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion;

4、保护管采用高纯刚玉管，气管采用密封快接插头，安装方便；

High purity corunm tube is used as protection pipe, and sealing quick connection plug is used for gas pipe, which is convenient for installation;

5、炉体采用双层空气隔热技术，配有自动冷却风扇，降低炉体外壳温度；

The furnace body adopts double-layer air insulation technology, equipped with automatic cooling fan to rece the temperature of furnace shell;

6、控制系统采用50段程序控温，控温精度±1℃，移相触发、可控硅控制；

The control system adopts 50 segments program for temperature control, with temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, phase-shifting trigger and silicon controlled rectifier control;

7、选配无纸记录仪，记录、存储、显示当前或历史温度曲线，也可通过U盘转存入电脑。

Optional paperless recorder can record, store and display the current or historical temperature curve. It can also be transferred to the computer through U disk.

8、选配智能温控软件，通过电脑进行全程监控和操作；

Intelligent temperature control software is selected to monitor and operate the whole process by computer;
