1200度小型立式管式炉是由洛阳赛特瑞高温电炉生产的小型立式高温管式电阻炉。1200度小型立式高温管式炉采用高纯氧化铝纤维精制炉膛，该1200度立式管式炉炉操作简单、控温精度高、保温效果好、炉膛温度均匀性高、可通气氛抽真空等特点。
小型立式管式炉范围：
立式高温管式炉主要应用于院校实验室、工矿企业实验室，应用于高、中、低温CVD工艺，如碳纳米管的研制，晶体硅基板镀膜，金属材料扩散焊接以及真空或气氛下的热处理等。
小型立式管式炉主要特点Main features:
1、 管内设计了气氛喷射器可将实验所需气氛直接喷射在物料处，有助于反应更充分。
Atmosphere injector design inside tube can directly inject the necessary atmosphere onto materials to help react more fully.
2、样品平放在内管上可以实现内管和外管同时通气体，平放的样品有助于薄膜生长，电极测试，温度更均匀。
Sample put horizontally on the inner tube can let gas flow into outer/inner tube simultaneously, and horizontal sample is helpful for film growth& electrode test, with evener temperature.
3、小型立式管式炉具有可作为氧化物晶体生长，退火等功能。
The device can also make oxide crystals grow, and anneal, etc.
